Please fill out the form below within 30 Days from the Invoice Date with your purchase information. To help us inform you about updates about your product and reminders of your service schedule, to keep your lift in good working condition.
Limited Warranty for new stair lifts.
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty Period. Stair Lift Depot will repair or replace, at no charge, parts of the stair lift that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. Stair Lift Depot will either repair the Stair Lift at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts. New Stair Lifts have a Lifetime warranty on the motor and gearbox (Parts Only). Five (5) years parts and on-site labor for curved stair lifts. Two (2) years parts and on-site labor for straight stair lifts. A call out fee applies for every service. This Limited warranty does not cover any problems that is caused by: Conditions malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. This Limited Warranty is not transferable.
